Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At YouGrowth.in, we are committed to delivering value through our services—whether it's SEO, PPC, website development, or SEO workshops. Due to the nature of our digital services and training modules, we follow a limited refund policy.
2. Digital Services (SEO, PPC, Website Creation)
Payments made for digital marketing services are non-refundable once the project has started or work has been initiated (e.g., keyword research, audits, content creation, ad setup).
If you are dissatisfied, we request that you first contact us at yougrowth39@gmail.com so we can work towards a resolution or adjustment.
3. SEO Workshops & Online Sessions
- If a workshop is cancelled by YouGrowth, a full refund will be processed automatically within 7 business days.
- No refund will be issued for missed sessions, user-initiated cancellations, or no-shows.
- Participants may request to reschedule (subject to availability), but refunds will not be provided for scheduling conflicts.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please send your request to yougrowth39@gmail.com within 5 days of the incident, clearly stating:
- Your full name and registered email
- Details of the service or workshop purchased
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot)
5. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
6. No Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account or future access to services. We encourage direct communication to resolve concerns promptly.
